WSA cultural resource staff possess experience and qualifications in one or more disciplines, including terrestrial and maritime historic and prehistoric archaeology, history, architectural history, remote sensing, bioarchaeology/osteology, GIS analysis and cartography, Native American consultation, and all aspects of field and laboratory analysis. Staff routinely work in more than one regional office of WSA as project needs dictate.

WSA Environmental compliance staff conduct NEPA permitting, Endangered Species Act Section 7 biological assessment, consultation and mitigation, SWPP and SPCC Plan preparation, Army Corps of Engineers Section 404 consultation, and related environmental services. Natural resources services include construction monitoring, habitat mapping, WOUS delineation, sensitive species monitoring, environmental compliance training, and other related services.
